This is the Flight Patrol.

The Flight Patrol of Cumula is an elite group of girls that take care of the skies around Cumula and the weather and trespassers/visitors. Some will keep the air un polluted and clean, some will create all of the weather of Cumula, and some will make sure no one can see or visit or even trespass in their fertile skies. At the Flight of Six, these six special girls are chosen to represent Cumula though perhaps they are not even born flyers. This group of Flight Patrol is strong and unique and are excellent at their job. It consists of Ruby Alcott, Dominique Chantelle, Dylan Hopfiel, Cleo Wilkinson, and Lin-Ma Hong. We have already assigned five of the Six Flyers but we must still find the last one. The one that must take on the brains of the group. The Flyers say that they must use this opportunity to prove themselves, and have taken on the challenge: grabbed the bull by it's horns. Thy have packed bags and flew off on locomotion clouds for comfort, and will do their jobs while traveling. Ruby and Cleo will clear th clouds that aren't supposed to rain yet, and in places where rain is necessary, they have agreed to leave their clouds behind there in order to nurture the ones who need it. They will, then, sleep on ground in order to keep conducting their search for the Sixth Flyer.
